DOC currently has two booking systems – Great Walks, and Huts, campsites and lodges. You need separate accounts for each system.
Create a Huts, campsites and lodges account to create, view, modify or cancel a campsite, hut or lodge booking.

Concessionaires, NZ Schools and DOC staff register for an account.

Step 1: Select type of Account you are applying for:
  NZMCA member – Upload a copy of your current NZMCA Pass.
  Federate Mountain Club (FMC) NZ Mountain Safety Council (NZMSC), NZ Deerstalkers Association (NZDA), NZ Alpine Club members (NZAC), Kiwi Association of Sea Kayakers (KASK), Council of Outdoor Recreation Associations, LandSAR, Scouts NZ, Girl Guiding NZ - Upload a copy of current membership card
  DOC Staff – upload a copy of your staff profile from the intranet.

Step 2: Upload your supporting documentation
Please upload required documents listed above (supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPEG). A maximum file size of 5Mb is allowed.
